Please review the items you are ordering very carefully for the type of shipping methods available. We sell a wide variety of products on our website that require different types of delivery methods. For larger freight items we utilize our own employees and trucking to ensure the best possible customer service and installation. Local delivery is considered any freight delivery that is within a 50 mile radius of our store. We will consider a delivery further than 50 miles for an additional fee. Please email [email protected] for questions on this. Small parcel shipped items are those items that can be delivery through small parcel carriers like UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Free Shipping. We offer free shipping on many of our items if the items ordered total more than $50.

Non Furniture small parcel ship items: We’ll accept return requests for non furniture items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
Furniture freight items: Regularly stocked furniture may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of order delivery. Proof of purchase is required for refund. A credit from our store will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. Merchandise that is refused because it doesn't fit will also be refunded in merchandise or store credit only. Exceptions to this policy are any products that require installation labor including but not limited to pool tables and shuffleboards. These are items that are not refundable.
Special Orders: Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders taken in a store require a 50% deposit, non-refundable after 48 hours. Web and catalog special orders have a 50% cancellation fee, if the order is canceled more than 48 hours after placement.
RR Games reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. Original proof of purchase of the product is required for returns.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
After you’ve submitted a return request to [email protected], we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
Returns can also be brought directly to the store to be refunded.
